Following are the instructions for subscribing to our service:

1. Go to www.wepabox.com and click on the "Subscribe now" button.
2. Choose a plan: monthly, annual or gift.
3. Complete the subscription form, including billing and shipping addresses. Here you can choose to send it to an address other than yours.
4. Verify your purchase and pay.

Remember that the boxes are sent by mail on the 20th of each month. If there is a change, it will be announced through social networks and/or by email. You can subscribe at any moment, but all subscriptions for the current month must be received before the 18th of the month. Subscriptions received after that day will receive the box assigned for the next month. All subscriptions are renewed and are charged automatically on the first day of each month. The subscriber may cancel the Monthly Subscription at any time by entering wepabox.com using the username and password and following the instructions for cancelling a subscription before the 1st day of each month. Otherwise WEPA!BOX will proceed to charge for the Subscription applicable to the following month. If you have any questions about your Subscription, you can write to clientservice@wepabox.com and we will gladly provide you with help.

To check your box’s mailing status, you may use the tracking number that was sent to you via e-mail at the time of shipping. If your box hasn’t arrived by the assigned date, contact us so we may solve it expeditiously.

1. Please enter: www.wepabox.com and click on "JOIN NOW".

2. Enter your personal information in “MY ACCOUNT”. Please make sure all the blanks are correctly filled out

3. Click “SELECT”.

4. Select the subscription option you would like in “SUBSCRIBE”.

5. Verify the information and verify the total amount to be charged. If you are unsure whether the data entered is correct, you can navigate to the previous page by using the return button of your browser.

6. Enter “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

7. Enter your payment details in “BILLING DETAILS”. Confirm your order in

8. “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.

9. After confirming the payment, your order has been made.

10. You will automatically be redirected to your user profile where you can change and update your personal data.

Yes. Multiple subscriptions may be made by using the details of the intended recipients in the subscription page.

Enjoy! Try the products and let us know what you think, we want to hear your input. If you are satisfied with your box, continue with your subscription. If not, cancel your subscription before the 15th day of the month by contacting us through the Contact form.

We accept payments made with credit/debit cards via Visa, Mastercard, and/or American Express, or Pay Pal.

Login into your user profile via the “My Account” button at the top of the website. From there, all personal information may be updated.

Upon registering, restarting regular deliveries, reactivating your account or changing credit card details, a small payment might be charged to your card in order to receive authorization from the credit card company and to prevent fraud. This charge will be immediately credited back to your account. Some banks may take longer reflecting this charge in your account balance.

Yes! Click on the “Give as a Gift” button in the main page of our website and fill out the form that follows.

For safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns once the box has left our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied with your box for any reason, you may reach us by using the Contact form, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
